Crooked Lake is located in Independence Charter Township (Oakland County), Michigan, roughly 43 miles northwest of Detroit.

Crooked Lake spans 68 acres, surrounded by wooded and residential areas. The immersive nature surrounding the water makes for a secluded and serene experience. Residents on the lake enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and just lounging on the water.
